Join Us for a 5-Week Pottery Intensive Course!
Dive deeper into the world of pottery with our comprehensive 5-week intensive course, perfect for those looking to expand their skills or continue their pottery journey. Each session will last 2 hours on an agreed day, for 5 consecutive weeks.
Throughout this course, you will learn the full pottery process: from preparing your clay, to mastering wheel-throwing various shapes, trimming your pieces to perfection, and finally glazing them for that beautiful, finished touch. By the end, you will have created 4 to 5 pieces of your own (the number of finished pieces depending on participant speed and skills)! Whilst some pieces might be ready for you to take home after the 5th session, some other pieces will most probably need to be glazed for you and you will be able to come and collect your pieces a few weeks later. This is due to drying time restrictions and firing cycles.
This course offers more in-depth guidance and practice than our one-off taster sessions, making it ideal for anyone seeking a fuller experience of pottery. If you're new to pottery, we recommend starting with our taster workshop before taking the plunge into this extended course.
With a maximum of 4 participants, you will enjoy plenty of one-on-one support and the opportunity to develop at your own pace.
